The department says, “the application period for the Tom Easterly Memorial Award is now open and youth in the Big Horn Basin are encouraged to apply.” Kids who are between the ages of 14-17 can apply, along with a written essay describing why the person submitting to the contest hunts and why wildlife is so important to them individually.
